REDWAVE CX

REDWAVE CX is a sensor-based sorting machine developed for the GLASS RECYCLING sector to achieve high-performance colour sorting and contaminant separation. It enables efficient and cost-effective operation of the system. The machine can effectively separate different impurities such as glass ceramics, CSP, and metal using a single sorting machine. The modular design allows for different sorting tasks, resulting in cost and energy savings.

Additionally, this sensor-based sorting machine is capable of recovering valuable coins from SCRAP METAL. The REDWAVE CX coin sorter offers an economical solution for the recovery of these metals. Otherwise, they may have been lost or sold as cheap heavy metal. The sorting process is fully automated, making it a reliable and efficient way to recover these metals.

The unique 3-way design enables equally high efficiency for both the first and the second ejection. With one ejection on the front and one on the back, the distance between the material scan and the ejection is the same for both sorts. This concept, in combination with the improved, independently developed camera and lighting technology as well as the associated sorting software, enables an unprecedented high detection rate. The powerful valve and nozzle arrangement allow for a compact sorting system with fewer sorting steps.
